The design is based on paintings by Jean-Pierre Calteux (1911–1983), one of the most famous and beloved Luxembourgish artists of his time. With the purchase of this product, you are supporting me in bringing my grandfather's legacy back to life.​

Every single armchair is handcrafted to order in the London studio of my production partner, Contrado. Delivery in just 5–10 days. The frame, the longer front legs, and the shorter back legs are made of noble FSC-certified beech wood, which is softly upholstered and covered in smooth ChiChi Velour. The fabric is printed with the design prior to upholstery to guarantee an almost seamless finish.​
