It was neatly packed. However, when my dog lay down in the basket, I personally found the filling where he was lying a bit disappointing. It was slightly crooked, and there was less filling at the back at the bottom. Even after shaking it, this didn't improve. But otherwise, it's a good place to hide.

A very soft bed for my kitten. He has loved it since day one. He finds it very comfortable and soft to sleep and play in.

We tried it yesterday with a dachshund and she fits perfectly, she's delighted and super warm. 100 percent recommended.
